Job Summary

Atlanta Weight Loss and HRT is seeking a highly qualified and dynamic Medical Director to lead our clinical team and oversee all medical operations. The Medical Director will play a pivotal role in shaping our weight loss and HRT programs, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

  • Program Development: Design, implement, and continuously improve weight loss and HRT programs based on the latest medical research and industry best practices.

  • Clinical Oversight: Supervise and support medical staff, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality patient care.

  • Patient Care: Oversee the diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of patients, ensuring personalized and effective care strategies.

  • Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain clinical protocols, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistent and excellent patient outcomes.

  • Innovation: Stay abreast of advancements in weight loss and hormone replacement therapies, integrating new techniques and treatments into practice.

  • Licensure Management: Ensure all medical licenses and certifications are current and comply with Georgia state regulations.

Qualifications

Education and Certification

  • Licensure: Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Georgia.

  • Board Certification: Board-certified in a relevant specialty (e.g., Endocrinology, Internal Medicine, Bariatric Medicine) preferred.

  • DEA Registration: Current DEA registration.

Experience

  • Clinical Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in weight management, endocrinology, or hormone replacement therapy.
