Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telecenter Worker to join our customer service team. This role is crucial in providing information and assistance to prospective and existing clients about our GLP-1 weight loss programs and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) services. You will be responsible for answering calls, addressing inquiries, scheduling telehealth consultations, and guiding clients through the enrollment process. A key component of the role involves upselling additional services, such as telehealth subscriptions, affiliate program discounts, and treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle Inbound Calls:

    • Receive and manage incoming calls from prospective clients inquiring about weight loss solutions and hormone therapy treatments.

    • Answer questions and provide detailed information on our GLP-1 and HRT services, pricing, and treatment process.

  2. Educate and Assist Clients:

    • Explain the benefits and advantages of GLP-1 prescriptions and HRT treatments, emphasizing how these services can improve clients' health and well-being.

    • Address any concerns or hesitations potential clients may have, providing clear, accurate information.

  3. Upsell Products and Services:

    • Promote additional services, such as monthly subscription plans that include telehealth visits, exclusive discounts, and treatment add-ons.

    • Encourage clients to enroll in affiliate programs and take advantage of special promotions and offers.

  4. Client Management and Documentation:

    • Schedule telehealth appointments for clients with our licensed physicians and ensure that all follow-up consultations are scheduled properly.

    • Input client information and interaction details into the company’s CRM system to track inquiries, sales, and client feedback.

  5. Customer Service and Retention:

    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels supported and informed.

    • Participate in customer retention strategies, including follow-ups and calls to check on client progress and satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex medical treatments in an easy-to-understand manner.

    • Strong active listening skills to assess client needs and respond accordingly.

  2. Sales & Upselling:

    • Proven ability to sell services and effectively upsell additional products.

    • Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and exclusive offers in a way that encourages clients to take action.

  3. Customer Service Experience:

    • Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.

    • Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and understanding while handling client inquiries or concerns.

  4. Tech-Savvy:

    • Familiarity with telehealth platforms, CRM systems, and call center software.

    • Proficient in using standard office software (email, spreadsheets, etc.).

  5. Organizational Skills:

    • Strong attention to detail when handling client information, appointment scheduling, and following up on inquiries.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  6. Motivation & Drive:

    • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for helping people improve their health.

    • Ability to meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); higher education or relevant certifications (preferred).

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or sales roles.

  • Familiarity with medical terms and concepts related to weight loss and hormone treatments is a plus.

  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, depending on business needs.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
